The Perfect Midi Dress You Need this Summer

It even comes in eleven colors and I’m wearing the pretty muave hue. The white is absolutely perfect for any bride-to-be’s and just about every other shade is perfect for a range of events you have this summer. I’ve been eyeing the black to come back in stock in my size because it makes for such a great versatile closet essential to have on deck. The ‘mineral blue‘ color looks just like this dress I wore for our honeymoon portraits and is simply stunning. I am a bridesmaid in a couple weddings this year, so I am snagging a couple more colors since it’s the perfect dress for any bridal showers or rehearsal dinners.

To top off the look, I reached for these nude ankle strap heels. You all know that I consider them an essential and wear them all the time! They are the perfect mix for when you don’t feel like wearing 4″heels, but want to look dressy and put together. So many of my girlfriends have purchased them after me raving about them and they love them too! The nude ankle strap is my second weapon because the strap color melts into your skin tone making your legs look elongated, even with the shorter heel!

If you are looking for some height, there are two sister pairs by the same brand. This is a classic skinny heel and this is the tall block heel. Having a nude heel in your closet make getting ready for any event super simple since they pair seamlessly with anything!

To finish the look, I threw on my favorite pearl earrings and necklace that S gifted me for Valentine’s Day last year from Julie Vos along with a few bracelets they sent me from heir spring collection.

To add a pop of texture and summer feel, I grabbed this gorgeous floral embroidered straw tote that is just around $50. While straw bags are typically in season during summer, they are very popular right now and could be considered trendy. that’s why I purchased this one because it’s affordable, but it also is the perfect size and had a solid structure. I hate floppy bags 😛 I also grabbed this one for our beach trips this year. I love that it has a lining inside and it a tad larger to fit everything we need for a day trip.
