Happy Monday!

We're starting off the week with a bright, floral dress that's about to make you dream of vacation! While I tend to style neutrals, this gem really caught my eye. I love, love, love bright pieces for summer. This one will make your tan really pop and for under $70, you can't say no, right?

Last year around this time, we were with some of our besties in Tulum, Mexico. This dress would be perfect for a tropical vacay and I may just need to convince Serg of a little getaway! Xoxo Mindy

Living Room Glam Inspo

glam living room decor

 Hey girl -

There are many life changes are going on right now! I'll be doing an update for you soon once all the moving parts are in their place. For today though, I wanted to share a piece of the exciting news - we're moving! Not far though of course. We are New Englander's born and raised, so I don't ever foresee us trailing too far form here, but we signed for an apartment in a new area of Boston! Actually, Sergio was born and raised for a chunk of his life in the Midwest, but he's been in New England for over a decade so that counts, right?

S and I are SO SO excited because this will be our first apartment where we live like adults. We are ditching all our mix-matched furniture and investing in some new items like... a couch. Our current apartment in the city can't fit a three cushion couch up the small staircase, so being on the fourth floor, we have had a love seat for three years. Oh vey. #CityGirlProbz Our friends have huge sectionals, so we're so excited to get one big, huge comfy couch to veg out on.

There are so many awesome features of our new place - huge pool, granite counter tops, pantry space [a city girl's dream!], washer and dry in-unit [what?!], walk-in closet, huge windows, and high ceilings. I'm super excited that we have our own bedroom, plus a loft. The lofted area will be my little office since I'll be working from home a lot. And let's be real - MCB is all about heights and will have a ball looking over the living from the loft! This will probably be our last move before me buy a house, so investing in items we can them bring to a larger area is key.

We have a running spreadsheet of all the items we need to get ASAP and wish list items. It'll be awhile until it's all up and running, but honestly I'm excited for the first night of after moving in.. eating pizza on the floor with a room full of boxes! Life's an adventure and I'm so happy to have my boys - S and Muenster - by my side!

Since I've been scoring the internet for everything we need [Hi, Pinterest], I wanted to share a fun living room glam inspiration. While I know this is still a bit too girly, I need to start somewhere and then tone it down a notch. S doesn't mind leopard and blush touches, but he reminds me that he doesn't want to live in a 'princess bubble'. Yeah - we will need to work on that one!

I feel like the key of mixing feminine and tastes are by keeping the slate neutral with soft ivory and grey. Then you can add pops of color with this ottoman pouf and these table lamps. And let’s not forget fun prints for some personality. I’ve been eyeing these palm print pillows or these python skin trays. Probably what I’m most excited for is a cute bar cart! My nana had bar carts and decorative items all throughout her house so I can’t wait to have a glam little area to host our friends!

I hope this gives a little inspo if you’re redecorating or moving into a new space soon! Xoxo Mindy

Who doesn't love a little feminine lace detailing? Here are a few reasons I'm really loving this beaut:

The hue. White makes everything feel fresh and new, right?!
The neckline. A conservative neckline balances out the thin straps and 'mini' length. I'm not a fan of baring it all in one piece!
The straps. The dainty spaghetti straps is to die for.
The fit. A hybrid between a shift and babydoll makes this gem a universally flattering fit. Whether you're a size 2 or 10, this dress will make you look and feel amazing! Oh + it fits TTS - I'm wearing a medium.
The price. Under $80? It doesn't get any better than that.

Since this piece itself is a statement, I paired simple accessories. A cutesy crossbody, simple crystal studs, and my favorite blush ankle strap sandals. How perfect would this gem be for all you bride-to-be's? I can see this as the perfect engagement party or wedding shower dress! Ahh! Scroll down to grab all the pretty little details and lots of other LWD optons! Xoxo Mindy
